  • Do circles on the air with leg! Lie flat on your back. Place your hands behind the neck. Raise one leg to 90 degrees (perpendicular) and draw circles aka rotate your leg. After 20 circles, repeat with other leg. 
  • Do these exercises 5 set each once a day. 

General Tips for Belly Fat Reduction

  • Concentrate on the foods you eat. Reduce the quantity or frequency of eating high calorie and fatty foods. 
  • Reduce sugar and salt intake. Replace white sugar with palm sugar, jaggery or honey and salt with pink salt or black salt in cooking.
